It is an unfortunate side affect of addiction - selfishness and self-centered and it's a bummer when a resident is discharged from our San Diego Sober living.

Sober living is a crucial step in the recovery journey for many individuals struggling with addiction. It provides a supportive and structured environment for people to maintain their sobriety and learn essential life skills. However, there are instances when individuals are discharged from sober living homes.

This can happen for various reasons, including violating the rules and regulations of the facility, relapsing back into substance abuse, or exhibiting disruptive or unsafe behavior. Discharge from sober living is usually a last resort, as the primary goal is to help individuals succeed in their recovery.

However, it is necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents and maintain the integrity of the sober living environment. Ultimately, the decision to discharge someone from sober living is made with the best interest of the individual and the community in mind, with the hope that they can find alternative support and continue their journey towards lasting sobriety.
